Company Domicile Certificate (SKDP) is a letter that provides official information relating to the place or domicile where the company operates. In simple terms, we can say that an SKDP is a KTP for a company.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, according to a statement in the Circular of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 503\/6491\/SJ of 2019, the SKDU has been removed and is no longer valid in the Jakarta area.<\/span><\/p>\n

In Jakarta, the regulations for Company Domicile Certificates based on Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2014, stipulate that an SKDP cannot be issued to companies using home addresses. Including companies that are not in office zoning also cannot take care of SKDP.<\/span><\/p>\n

  4. Proof of land ownership;<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Certificate of domicile from the village;<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Proof of payment of land and building taxes;<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Building permit;<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Proof of payment of local levy taxes;<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Business place permit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You also need a stamped power of attorney if the management is represented by another party.<\/span><\/p>\n

    How to Get SKDP<\/b><\/h2>\n

    To submit an SKDP, you must first meet all the requirements. Then follow the following management steps.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Get a cover letter from RT and RW;<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Complete the SKDP application form at the sub-district office;<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Submit forms, cover letters, and all requirements to the Investment and One-Stop Services Agency (DPMPTSP).<\/span><\/li>\n
